Early afternoon audience, WHAT FestWHAT Fest is Wyoming’s premier independent music festival. Founded 2003 in Cody, Wyoming, it’s grown into a two day festival featuring more than 35 regional music acts and many artisans throughout the state and Colorado Front Range. This year’s festival will be July 29-30 in Riverside, Wyoming.

WHAT Fest began because Wyoming’s bands needed a stage. From its humble origins in Cody’s City Park to its current location at Bear Trap Café & Bar in Riverside, the number of stages has grown as has the quality of the bands on them. In its 13th year, the festival will feature thirty-five performances over July 29th and 30th.
